Maxxus offers saunas with two levels of EMF: Low EMF and Near Zero EMF

Low EMF Models: Features FAR Infrared Low EMF carbon heating panels, with 5mG - 10mG ("milli gauss") at approximately two inches away from the heating panels.

Near Zero: Features a range below 3mG at approximately two inches away from the heating panels, using our PureTech Near Zero EMF Heating Technology that uses FAR infrared wavelengths to deliver heat therapy while maintaining a near zero EMF standard.

EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) are considered a possible health hazard so it is worthwhile to minimize exposure. If you want to measure the EMF yourself, consider the Trifield EMF Meter Model TF2.
