We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within thirty days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference, up to $100.

Our manufacturers have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy which ensures that no seller can offer a product for less than that price, and thus we have the lowest possible price in the industry!

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us the links to the same product on our website and on our competitors website within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

There are exceptions where our Price Match Guarantee doesn't apply:

- The store you found is not adhering to the manufacturer's MAP policy. Some stores try to cut corners by slashing prices below the manufacturer's MAP pricing, which is not allowed by the manufacturer. The reason it is not allowed is because the customer usually gets a poor product or service. 

- The store isn't an authorized dealer of the manufacturer.

- The item must not be part of a special promotion, sale or offer, any item to which a volume discount, a coupon, a bundling arrangement (such as two-for-one), a customer rebate, an inventory liquidation, "Closeout Sale", "going out of business", "free offer", "CyberMonday", "Deal of the Day" promotion or other similar special promotional pricing mechanism is applied.

- Our manufacturers occasionally change the prices of some items. We change the prices to match our manufacturer's MAP policy. The Price Match Guarantee doesn't apply to orders placed on our website in the past where the item's price was higher.

We guarantee you that you are getting the best possible price in the industry. We know that because it's illegal to offer any lower prices than our manufacturer's MAP policies.

In Addition:

You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.

The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.

The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

To be eligible, the value of a claim must be greater than $5 USD, but may not exceed $100 USD per transaction. The maximum amount that you can claim in any 12-month period is $200 USD.

The price reduction must be on the same item, with the same item SKU (if applicable), under the same merchant terms and conditions.

Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to any of the following:

Shipping, handling, taxes, surcharges, and any other similar fees.

Services and additional costs (such as installation charges, extended or supplemental warranties, or memberships).

Used, altered, rebuilt and refurbished items, and custom-built items.
