The Georgian Cabin Sauna, part of the Canadian Timber Collection, is handcrafted by LeisureCraft from Eastern White Cedar that is lighter in color and has tight knots in the wood. The cabin shape fits in well with all cottages and homes and comes in kit form. The metal shingle roof ensures that your sauna is dry and ready to enjoy.

Note: Unit comes without heater - sold separately. Carpentry work to install the heater (and other options) is required. See the details in the videos.

When heaters are sold with a sauna, everything needed for the heaters is included.

Warranty, Shipping, Returns

Warranty

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

LeisureCraft has sole discretion concerning replacing components due to shipping damage or any other issues out of our control.

Missing components or in transit damage claims must be made to LeisureCraft within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping

Items are shipped from Canada. Free Shipping in the Continental USA for orders over $200. Shipping of just accessories will have a $55.00 flat shipping fee.

Delivery and Unloading

You are responsible for getting the crate off the delivery truck.

If the crate is 92” or shorter, it will fit on a liftgate, and you and the truck driver can lower the crate to the ground.

If the crate is longer than 92” a liftgate will not be available to assist in lowering the crate to the ground. Therefore, you will need to do one of the following options:

1) Arrange for a piece of equipment to be available to unload the crate

2) Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal

3) Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal

If you cannot do any of the above and you want LeisureCraft to arrange for a tilt tow truck, we will provide this service for an additional cost of $750 (Item# TILTTOW).

Change of Ship-to Address

If you change the ship-to address prior to your order leaving the factory, we will change the address free of charge. However, if the customer changes the ship to address after their order leaves the factory there will be an additional $250 charge for this service (Item# ADDCHANGE).

Storage Charges

After a sauna has shipped and arrived at the local delivery terminal, you should respond quickly to calls to arrange a delivery appointment. You need to determine how to unload the crate, provide an alternate phone number, and otherwise avoid delay of delivery of the sauna. If delivery is delayed, the trucking company will start to charge storage fees which you will need to pay. (Item# STORAGE)
